AUSTRALIAN BLACK WAGYU
Australian black wagyu is a globally recognised brand all over the world in high end restaurants and premium Butcheries.
Security foods also has a large share of the export market as well exporting there premium wagyu to over 20 countries in the world.
The entire breeding and feeding program has been put in place to ensure the cattle have the highest chance to marble and also keeping the animals welfare in the most natural manner.
Security foods uses Karoge Washu bred wagyu and Tajima bloodlines. Once selected as a grow out steer the cattle then go into the feed lot for a minimum of 420 days coming out at approximately 390kg-420kg and a minimum marble score of 5.
SF SELECT FULL BLOOD WAGYU
The sf select brand is more commonly known as full blood wagyu beef.
The traits of this beef are like no other, being full blood cattle the 500 days on grain rely help stimulate the intramuscular fat cells which then creates marbling in the beef.
The sf select brand is a more marble score and genetic specified product being only full strains of wagyu cattle that can make the grade and then must achieve a minimum marble score of 7 to 9+.
This wagyu beef has a rich and distinctive flavour that will create a butter like film in your mouth whilst giving you the natural tender aspects of a steak that we have come to desire and expect from wagyu.
CAPE GRIM BEEF MB SELECT
Cape Grim Beef is grown on the coast of Tasmania which is MSA graded 4-5 star for tenderness and flavour.
The reason the Cape Grim product is so sought after is that it's grown in the most purest part of the world which has the most crystal clear air and rainfall in the world.
Hand selecting 18-36 month old British bred cattle that are GMO free and HGP free these carcases dress between 280-380kg.
The state of the art facility continues to improve and impress with the worlds best butchers and chefs choosing to use their MB select range, which is even more marbled to ensure the wow factor in every kitchen and on every BBQ in Australia.
Mb select cattle have all been hand picked out of a large amount of cattle in the production line but only the best makes this grade for the marble score of the eye muscle is much more prominent and this means the steak will be better in flavour and more tender then your normal cape grim range.
PURE BLACK FREE RANGE TASMANIAN BEEF
Pure Black Beef is grown on the coast of Tasmania which is MSA graded 4-5 star for tenderness and flavour.

This beef is hand selected from small seasonal farmers who follow all the guidelines set by the greenham family and continue to share the same vision of quality cattle with pure bloodlines fed on natural pastures.
KIEWA VALLEY HAND SELECT LAMB
This is a triple graded lamb product that's handpicked by experts, it's naturally flavoured and grass fed in the Kiewa Valley of Victoria.
With it's lush pastures, clean air and consistent rainfall, the Kiewa Valley is a perfect place to grow some of the best lamb in the country. Here the young lambs thrive on the rich rolling pastures in a temperate and relaxed setting.
SUNNYVILLE PASTURE FED PORK
Sunnyville piggery is located on the rich volcanic soils of the Atherton Tablelands. Sunnyville emphasise pig welfare by allowing the pigs to roam in an open environment, allowing for natural growing time. The pigs are able to forage for food in their environment. They are fed staples such as sorghum and milk to keep the diet stable.
The Sunnyville pigs are given free range of the farm allowing total freedom within large paddocks with no concrete floors or overcrowding, resulting in a better tasting pork that's better for you!
The Sunnyville way is to allow natural behaviours in pigs such as wallowing, playing, digging and farrowing in the large lush pastures. This gives the pork a more natural taste being bought up in a stress free environment.
GEROGIE PORGIE PORK
This is a premium grade of pork sourced from the Atherton Tablelands. The animals are hand fed milk as a young piglet then moved on to be fed up in large barns in a natural piggery. The food at the piggery is grown and milled on the farm and rationed out daily. These rations allow for a slower and more natural growth of pork, resulting in a better and more tender and tasty pork .
The pigs are then graded. Only female pigs make it into Gourmet Market Meats, as we believe they are a more calm pig with results in a nicer tasting meat product.
LILYDALE FREE RANGE CHICKEN
Lilydale chickens are handled with care right from the hatchery to the open fields of their farms.
The chickens are raised by passionate farmers under the Lilydale program that ensure the animal welfare and the feeding program stays in place with a rich diet including cereals and protein meals.
In the large spread out farms there are hay bales out to allow the chickens to use their natural instinct to walk up the wooden ramps into the huts. This allows for fun and encourages exercise out of the chickens.
There are also shade huts and trees to allow the chickens to escape from the heat, allowing the chickens to dig in soft soil and roam around searching for grubs and worms.
All this natural behaviour makes for better flavoured chicken that is healthier for you.
